I went ahead and purchased two tank tops, two long sleeved "linen" shirts, one short sleeved cotton shirt, one maxi t-shirt dress, a wedge sandal, and a slip-on sandal from Amazon and I have been delightfully surprised and satisfied with my purchases.
The Halter Tank Top: Black and White
Size: Small
Why I chose this item: I already have plenty of "regular" looking tanks but wanted one that didn't show so much skin in the front (not that I have much cleavage to begin with).
These tank tops are easily machine washable and can be dressed up and dressed own.
Cons: Longer in length than expected. Lots of material to deal with when tucking into pants or skirts.
The "Linen" Shirt: Black and White
Size: Small
Why I chose this item: It has the linen look but the material is actually 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex and for the price, very lightweight and breathable.
The fit is amazing however. It falls so neatly in place, just like the model.
Cons: The material is every so slightly scratchy. Maybe after a few washes it will change that. Also, some loose thread here and there but I would just snip those off for a neater look.
The Black Cotton Short-Sleeve Shirt
Size: Small
Why I chose this item: 100% Cotton and lightweight. The material is SUPER soft! The summers in South Korea are unbelievable hot and HUMID and for those days, short sleeves or sleeveless it is.
I chose black because let's face it, when you're out and about with your kids, and boys no less, you're more prone to staining your clothing because you can't be careful.
Cons: Nothing! It is perfect so far.
The Maxi Shirt Dress
Size: X-Small
Why I chose this item: When there are days I just don't want to coordinate anything and it's hot and I'm feeling bloated. Or maybe I just want to feel pretty. Whatever the case may be, this dress will help you feel your best and the material is just so comfortable. Great loungewear in my opinion.
Cons: If you're shorter than 5'3 (159cm) this dress will drag. You might need to get these hemmed as the length in the back is a bit longer than the front.
The Wedge Sandals
Size: 6
Why I chose this item: Aerosoles have been one of my go-to brands when it comes to comfort and style. On days I didn't want sneakers yet I know I'm gonna be doing some walking, these are it! I also love how they cover the tops of my feet to prevent the "clip clop" noises as you walk.
Cons: A little bit of breaking into was necessary at first so that the tops of my toes did hurt. Now they are just fine.
The "H" Sandals
Size: 6
Why I chose this item: If you want to look classy, dressy, or even casual, these literally match with everything. I have pretty much said goodbye to thong flip-flops (unless I'm poolside or at the beach). Of course they are absolutely comfortable.
Cons: I am a size 6 no matter what in shoes but I have noticed that sandals can be sized up so my heels don't hang out a bit. Even still, I will still enjoy them at this size. Also these are bit pricier than my other choices but considered how much luxury brands charge, these are definitely a steal. I know I'll be wearing these for at least a few summers down the road.
